What does an ERP project with MPAT cost?
No price list, but an honest answer: a fixed subscription fee per phase, which follows from five criteria. Below you'll read which ones, what's included and what isn't, and how two very different companies score differently.
Where the fee comes from.
We calculate the subscription fee per phase from five criteria. You get that score before you sign, and we review it when your company grows or the scope shrinks.
Processes
How many processes go into the system in this phase: sales, purchasing, stock, production, service, accounting. More processes, more work, higher fee.
Users
How many people will work in the system. Not just for the licences, also for training, access rights and the transition.
Legal entities
One legal entity or several, in one country or in several: every extra entity brings its own accounting, VAT and reporting.
Custom work
What the standard doesn't do and is needed anyway. Standard first; custom work only where it earns its place, and then built and maintained within the subscription.
Complexity
Integrations with what remains, data migration, several sites, regulation. The more dependencies, the higher the score.
The same package, a very different fee.
Two simplified examples. No amounts, but the difference the criteria make.
Trading company, 40 users
One legal entity, one site. Sales, purchasing, stock and invoicing in phase 1. Little custom work, one integration with the webshop. Low score on all five criteria: a short phase 1 and a modest subscription fee, then monthly or quarterly visits.
Manufacturing company, 400 users
Three legal entities in three countries, production, quality and service on top, integrations with machines and a transport platform, and a data migration from two old systems. High score on four of the five criteria: more phases, a higher fee per phase, and a decision point after each of them.
Why no amounts? Because the first company would never call with the second one's rate, and the second would get the wrong picture with the first one's rate. In the first conversation you get an honest indication, with the score per criterion.
