Approach

First we walk the floor. Then we advise.

The classic consulting model doesn't work for a growing company: expensive slides, junior hands, and an invoice per hour. We do it differently. We come over, work alongside you and build together with your team.

MPAT. As in eMPAThy: first empathise, understand, and then do.

How we work/ 01

From the driver to the CEO

Advice is only as good as the understanding of your company. So we don't start in a meeting room, but on the floor. That goes for every engagement: sales, finance, marketing, automation or an ERP.

Walking the floor

Before we give a single piece of advice, we spend a day working alongside you. In the warehouse, at the front desk, in accounting, in the truck if need be. We talk to the driver and to the CEO. That's how we see the workarounds and the bottlenecks, and get to know the plans for the coming years.

Close by

Your advisor sits in your team, not on the sidelines. Expect us in your meetings, in your chat and on your floor. Short lines, fast decisions, no account manager in between.

Creating buy-in

We don't arrive, implement and leave. We involve your people, question habits and build together with those who work with it every day. A plan your team carries itself survives our departure.

Growing with you

It's running, everyone is happy. But your company changes: a new product, a second site, a customer who wants to work differently. For that we come by monthly or quarterly. We look at what could be better and what's new, and we adjust.

And then/ 02

In phases, with a subscription.

After walking the floor you get a plan with phases. Every phase has a fixed subscription fee and ends with a decision point. How exactly that works, you'll read under Working together.

Shall we walk the floor first?

A one-hour conversation, without pitch or obligation. We'll tell you honestly whether we can do something for you, and where we would start. Not ready for a conversation yet? Take the ERP scan first: twelve statements, two minutes.
