Working together

How a collaboration works.

After walking the floor you get a plan with phases. Every phase has a fixed subscription fee and ends with a decision point. How long it takes depends on the size and complexity of your company. That's in the plan after walking the floor, not in a brochure. What stands at the end, we do know: a company that's ready for today's needs and looks ahead to tomorrow.

The phases/ 01

Five steps. After every step, you decide.

01

Let's talk

A one-hour conversation, free. Where does it get stuck, and are we the right partner? You get an honest answer, even if it's no.

02

Walking the floor and analysis

One or more days in your key departments, from the driver to the CEO. We see the workarounds, the post-its and next year's plans. Out of that comes a plan that matches reality and looks ahead: which processes first, what can be standard and what can't, which tools can disappear, and a phasing with a timing and a fixed subscription fee per phase. Already running a project with another party? Then this is the second opinion: the same walking the floor, in the system as it stands today, with an honest verdict per domain: keep, repair or rebuild. One fixed amount, agreed upfront.

Decision point: continue or not
03

Phase 1: the basics in use

First the processes that keep your company running: for instance sales, purchasing, stock and invoicing. Built with your own people, in Odoo or the package that comes out of the plan. No demo, no test environment: from this phase on, your people work in the real system.

Decision point: next phase or stop here
04

The next phases

Every phase adds one or more domains, especially when they depend on each other.

Decision point: again after every phase
05

Staying on

After go-live the subscription continues monthly, quarterly or yearly, as you prefer. We come by, document what has changed in your company, decide together on adjustments and do the upgrades. If we step into an existing environment, there's a one-month notice period. If we set everything up ourselves, we agree the notice period in the project.

The subscription/ 02

One fee per month. You know up front what's in it.

The subscription fee follows from five criteria: the number of processes, the number of users, the number of legal entities, the degree of customisation and the complexity of your business. You get that score before you sign. If your company grows, we review the fee together. If the scope shrinks, likewise.

Included in the subscription feeSeparate, quoted up front

Version upgrades
Follow-up visits with adjustments, monthly or quarterly
Project management and change management

We don't put amounts on the site. A company with three warehouses is not a company with one site. In the first conversation you get an honest indication and the criteria it rests on. Read how the fee is determined →

What if/ 03

The questions you ask before you sign.

You stop after a phase: you keep everything that's been built, documented and transferable to another partner.
Your company grows or the scope shrinks: the subscription fee is reviewed together.
Something comes up outside the scope of the phase: we say so up front, with a separate price, and you decide.
A bug in the standard software: we diagnose it and follow it up with the vendor.
Licences you pay directly to Odoo or the vendor, not to us. As a certified partner we receive a commission on them; our advice doesn't depend on it, our income comes from the subscription.
One fixed contact person on your side, with time and the authority to decide. Without that person every project gets stuck, ours included.
A project with another party is already running: then walking the floor is a one-off consulting assignment at a fee agreed up front. After that you decide whether we take over, and the subscription starts.

Shall we walk the floor first?

A one-hour conversation, without pitch or obligation. We'll tell you honestly whether we can do something for you, and where we would start. Not ready for a conversation yet? Take the ERP scan first: twelve statements, two minutes.
