Sound familiar?
Three situations we come across often. Maybe yours is one of them. Written for the CEO of a company with 30 to 1,000 users, who feels the overview is missing and isn't quite sure where to start. Not deciding alone? At the bottom you'll read what the CFO, the COO and IT can expect from us.
A fifteen-year-old ERP and six tools around it
You install and repair equipment across the country, maybe across the border. A few hundred vans, technicians, office staff, your own logistics. You're growing fast and have acquired a few companies along the way, each with their own tools, not yet integrated. Your ERP has been running for fifteen years, but doesn't do everything you want. So a tool was added for ticketing, one for planning, and the contracts are still on paper. A real case: 150 vans, 350 technicians and six different applications, in the parent company alone.
How do you still measure how your company performs? Where is the overview?
Take the ERP scan →A patch here, a patch there
You deliver services. Your people are, literally, your capital. Fifty employees, partly remote, partly in the office, spread across a few locations. You have a tool for project tracking, one for ticketing, one for planning, and a string of others that are supposed to fill the gaps in your central system. Each of them, like Excel, you use at ten percent of its capability. They get more expensive every year and gain more features you wonder whether you need. And then they still have to be connected to each other, otherwise your data is everywhere and nowhere. So you bring in an agency that slaps an AI patch on it, without looking at the whole. Another patch here, one there. Many patches means a lot of expensive maintenance, and still no overview.
How many of those tools would you miss tomorrow? And who has the overview?
Take the ERP scan →Already started, and it isn't working
You're a manufacturing company, family-run. You deliver worldwide and buy worldwide. You've taken the step: a new ERP such as Odoo, an integrator chosen, the project is running. Except it isn't. Processes that looked simple on paper turn out to work differently in every department. The integrator knows its software, but not your workshop. Every change is a quote, every question a ticket. Your people start working around the system instead of with it. Stopping feels like throwing money away. So does carrying on.
Who has the overview right now: you, your integrator, or nobody?
Ask for a second opinion →Also for those at the table next to the CEO.
From a few hundred users, a CEO rarely decides alone. This is what the CFO, the COO and IT can expect from us.
For the CFO
A fixed subscription fee per phase, no hour counter, no invoices for extras. Licences you pay directly to the vendor. After every phase you decide again, and what has been built stays yours: documented and transferable.
How the subscription works →For the COO
No big bang. First the processes that keep the company running, built with your people, in the real system from day one. Whoever helped build it doesn't work around it. And after go-live we come by monthly or quarterly.
How we work →For IT and security
We work on your network, under your rules. The team comes from a regulated ISO 27001 environment and completed that certification track twice: named access, documented changes, tested backups. Your IT checks, your auditor is welcome.
How we work on your network →Then one conversation is faster than another month of muddling through.
No pitch, no obligation. We'll tell you honestly whether we can do something for you, and where we would start.
