Team

Specialists, not generalists.

An ERP touches every department. So we don't send an analyst who knows a bit of everything. For every domain comes someone who has done it themselves: at least eight years in their own field, at several companies. And they keep working in that field, also outside ERP projects, so their experience stays fresh. Who exactly depends on your company. We put the team together after walking the floor, and you meet every specialist before the phase starts.

Who is behind it/ 01

Manuel. Founder, and still on the floor himself.

Founder · General management & Sales · LinkedIn →

Manuel founded MPAT after more than twenty years of entrepreneurship and commercial development. He set up systems himself in companies of ten to several hundred people: Atlassian, Salesforce, Exact and Odoo, hands-on, from selection to go-live. Together with this team he saw nearly 290 companies from the inside, in Belgium and beyond, from corporates to family businesses.

That is where the method on this site comes from: first walk the floor, then build, in phases, with one specialist per domain. He is still on the floor himself in every project, and he is your first conversation. Dutch-speaking, fluent in French and English.

"MPAT? When people ask what it stands for: eMPAThy. First empathise, understand, and only then act."

Where the experience comes from/ 02

First nearly 290 companies. Only then Odoo partner.

Our cases predate the partnership: on Atlassian, Salesforce, Exact and other platforms, and on Odoo long before we were its partner. That makes our advice broader than that of a party that knows one package. We chose Odoo because it fitted most of those companies best. Not the other way round. Three things we learned in those 290 companies, which you'll find everywhere on this site:

01

The software is rarely the problem.

Projects got stuck because nobody really understood the company. That's why we walk the floor first, from the driver to the CEO, before we draw a single screen.

02

Generalists don't see what specialists see.

An analyst who knows a bit of everything misses what the buyer or the accountant sees at once. That's why every domain gets someone who has done it themselves.

03

Billing by the hour makes every project more expensive.

Every change became a quote, every quote an argument. That's why phases with a fixed subscription fee and a decision point.

We publish cases with names and figures as soon as the client wants to. Until then you read them anonymously under Who it's for, and you'll hear them in every conversation: ask us about a company like yours.

The team/ 03

Whoever makes the plan does the work.

No layers in between, no junior handover. For the specialists from our network we publish initials until they choose to show their name. You meet every specialist before the phase starts.
